Ubiquiti bullet drop ceiling mount with angle
Description
This is a two piece drop ceiling camera mount for Ubiquiti Bullet cameras. The camera mounts you get with them do pivot a fair bit but if you mount them from above they don't get a good enough angle. This has a 22.5 degree angle which is enough to let you angle the camera almost flush with the ceiling if you wanted. To assemble mount the Unifi base bracket first and screw it on before you attach it to a tile. Then feed the tube through your tile and then press the plate on from the other side. Feed a zip tie through the slits in the tube to keep pressure on the plate so it doesn't move in the tile. There's a picture of this above. There are three sets of slits on the tube so you can fit it to whatever thickness tile you have. The tube is a bit oblong to keep it from rotating easily in the tile. When printing place the part of the tube with the screw holes on the bed and you can get away without printing any supports.
