Hive for laser cutter - one player set
Description
Files for making pieces for HIVE, the Boardless game, by John Yianni. Red outline should be cut, black images should be etched. This files contain just the pieces for one player. My preferred method is making the two players sets out of different materials, so I felt like there was no need for doubling the pieces inside one file. Use whichever file format your laser cutter likes best, they should all be the same. There is a similiar project on Thingiverrse already: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3624995, which I have remixed. The main problem with that one is that the bugs are aligned with the corners of the hexagon pieces, instead of their sides. I think that the bugs should be aligned with the sides of the hexacons, so I have changed it to be that way. I also didn't like the appearance of the Grasshopper, so I changed it out, and also modified the Ladybug somewhat. Since you are here, you migth be looking for more scans and designs of HIVE pieces.
