Samsung SFD-560D floppy drive close cam
Description
This is a replacement drive activation/close cam for a Samsung floppy disk drive SDF-560D. It may fit other drives. I have made the walls around the shaft hole thicker than stock to prevent it from breaking like the stock component. Slight modification of the shaft will be needed to use this part. The original cam was 2 pieces. It has the main cam body and a small key that was glued in place once the cam was on the shaft. To use this new cam you will need to carefully grind the shaft so the key flat extends to the end of the shaft.
