Flashforge Adventurer 3 Bresser REX (NEW VERSION) Spool holder

Description

ENGLISH BELOW!! :) Spulenhalter für große Rollen für den Flashforge Adventurer 3 (NEUE AUSFÜHRUNG!!) Beim alten Passt der Innere Stumpf nicht, weil die Aufnahme des Druckers am Werksseitigen Spulenhalter nur drei Stege hat (erforderlich sind 4) (siehe Bild 2) Die Teile sollten mit den nötigen Supports gedruckt werden. Die Teile -Stumpf innen- und -Stumpf außen- werden ineinander gesteckt, ausgerichtet und verklebt. Das Teil -Halter- wird dann nur in den Stumpf außen gesteckt und kann zum Wechsel der Spule herausgezogen werden. Über das Teil -Halter- kann zum besseren Abrollen der Spule noch das Teil -Hülle- geschoben werden. Alternativ kann bei breiteren Rollen noch -Halter Verlängerung- zwischengesteckt werden. Dazu müsste man aber -Hülle- zwei mal drucken. Die Serienmäßige Klappe ist zu bearbeiten: In die Mitte ist ein 45mm großes Loch zu bohren/sägen. Da wird dann außen mittig das Teil -Ring- aufgeklebt. Ich habe dazu ringsherum noch ein paar kleine Löcher gebohrt, in die ich nach dem Verkleben noch etwas Kleber fließen ließ (für das gute Gewissen). Außerdem ist seitlich noch ein Rechteckiges Loch für das PTFE-Rohr zu sägen. Das ist mit Absicht etwas größer, dass sich der PTFE Schlauch bewegen kann und das Filament nicht "um die Ecke" gezogen wird. Darauf habe ich dann -Durchführung- geklebt. Als Kleber habe ich UHU Plast Spezial verwendet (lilanes Fläschchen). Innen Am Feeder ist das Teil -PTFE-Kupplung Feeder- mit der Serienmäßigen Schraube zu befestigen. In dieses Teil wird ein einfacher PTFE-Anschluss geschraubt. Nun steckt man einfach einen PTFE-Schlauch in die Kupplung, führt ihn durch das Loch im Deckel und kürzt ihn auf die passende Länge. Dann einfach den Deckel schließen (muss man theoretisch nie wieder öffnen). Danach einfach den Halter durch das Loch in den Drucker stecken und schon kann es los gehen :) Sollte der Spulenhalter einmal abgebaut werden, oder man möchte 0.5KG Rollen im Drucker verwenden, muss man einfach den Halter samt PTFE-Schlauch enfernen und das Loch im Deckel mit dem Teil -Plug- Schließen. On the old one, the inner stub does not fit, because the printer's mount on the factory spool holder has only three bars (4 are required). (see Picture 2) The parts should be printed with the necessary supports. The parts -Stumpf innen- and -Stumpf außen- are inserted into each other, aligned and glued. The part -Halter- is then only inserted into the stub outside and can be pulled out to change the coil. The -Hülle- part can be slid over the -Halter- part to improve unwinding of the spool. Alternatively, the -Verlängerung Halter- can be inserted for wider reels. To do this, however, you would have to print -Hülle- twice. The standard flap is to be processed: Drill/saw a 45mm hole in the center. Then the part -Ring- is glued on the outside in the middle. I have drilled a few small holes all around, in which I let some glue flow after gluing (for the good conscience). In addition, a rectangular hole for the PTFE tube has to be sawed on the side. This is intentionally a bit bigger, so that the PTFE tube can move and the filament is not pulled "around the corner". Over this rectangular hole the Part -Durchführung- ist glued. As glue I used UHU Plast Spezial (purple bottle). Inside the feeder the part -PTFE-Kupplung Feeder- has to be fixed with the standard screw. A simple PTFE connector is screwed into this part. Now simply insert a PTFE hose into the coupling, pass it through the hole in the lid and shorten it to the appropriate length. Then just close the lid (theoretically you never have to open it again). Then just put the holder through the hole in the printer and you're ready to go :) If the spool holder should ever be removed, or you want to use 0.5KG rolls in the printer, you simply have to remove the holder together with the PTFE tube and close the hole in the lid with the -Plug- part.
