LGB R3 Switch Guard Rail Extension
Description
This is a guard rail extension to an LGB R3 switch (righthand). I have an Aristocraft 0-4-0 that likes to slam into the angled part of the stock guard rail while taking the diverging path through my R3 righthand switches. This piece helps to smooth the transition to the guard rail. The hole is 3mm, so pick an appropriate screw. This was designed for righthand switches. For whatever reason, my one lefthanded switch is not an issue. I tried mirroring the model and installing it on that switch, but the tie doesn't quite line up. I've included the STEP file if anyone would like to modify it for a lefthand (or different radius) switch.
