Dayus HVAC Return Air Filter Grille Buzz Silencer
Description
Our HVAC systerm has a Dayus DARH-FG return air filter grille that buzzes like crazy when air is flowing through it. My fix was to create this clip that attaches to the inside of the grille blades, which holds them together to stop them from vibrating. Multiple clips may be attached to cover every grille blade, if necessary. In the Dayus DARH-FG filter grilles, blades are spaced every 2/3", and the end of the blades are about 5mm diameter. SCAD file included for additional customization.
