F&P Vitera headgear clip
Description
This is a remix of xPluto's mask clip for the F&P Eson2 CPAP headgear to make it more compatible with the slightly larger Vitera headgear, both made by Fisher and Paykel. The clip broke off of the top of my Vitera head gear, which makes it almost impossible to use the elastic bands, which again makes it almost impossible to use the entire mask. Because Health Care is such a nightmare in the US it was going to be a long while until I could get replacement head gear sent to me. So I thought why dont I try to print something to at least get me through until I can get an actual manufacturer replacement. I started designing my own, but then I came across xPluto's design for the similar Eson2 head gear. Through some fiddling in Fusion, I found it was fairly easy to extend it and widen the base a bit to fit the larger Vitera headgear column, which saved me a TON of work. This is probably still a work in progress as I use it and make adjustments as needed, but for now it seems to be working ok. Its not a perfect fit, and based on where your clip/column broke you may need to further tweak the part in your Slicer(most slicers let you easily scale the part's overall height, length, and width without actually editing the part so if your column broke further down you could lengthen and widen this part fairly easily to fit, with only minimal distortion to other features of the part). I printed this at 15% infill as this seemed plenty to produce a strong part. Certain portions of the part are already filled 100% due to the width of the walls but by all means adjust to your preferences! I printed inverted, so that the hooks on top are touching the buildplate, this made for no supports needed.
