Universal/Modular Spoolholder

I was searching for a spoolholder that meets my requirements. Also, i wanted the holder to be as much universal and modular as possible. different spool width and inner diameter possible different mounting possibilities (modular system) fast spool change easy movement (bearing necessary) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The width of the holder goes from 0mm - 70mm max. (this could easily expand by making the part “holder” longer.) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The diameter of the clamp goes from 53mm - 84mm max.) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Purchase parts you need for one-sided mounting: 1x bearing 608-2RS 3x M3x16mm cylinderhead screw 3x M3 nut For the two-sided mounting variant its double the amount. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What you essentially need to print for the one-sided mounting: 1x bearingpart_1 1x bearingpart_2 1x counterpart_1 1x counterpart_2 1x holder 2x clamp 1x endcap_solo (this one fits a diameter 30mm mounting hole) For the two-sided mounting variant its double the amount. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For the one-sided mounting version, for example to directly mount it onto the printer, i've already made a appropriate part for my Anycubik Kobra which is “endcap_solo”. For the two-sided mounting version it will be 2 times the part “endcap_duo” , which for example can be used to go for a wall mount or anything similar. I printed all parts with 0,2mm layer hight PLA (200°/60°) and 50mm/s. (with that settings i didnt have to use supports for the threads and they came out very nice) See slicer pictures for printing orientation. Note: First step of assembly should be pressing the bearing into bearingpart_1. (therefor don't press onto the inner, but onto the outer ring of the bearing to not damage it)
