Plate for lashing eye in floor guide (T6 California Ocean)
Description
This is the first thing I post here, so please let me know if I'm missing something or need to change something. This bit, together with an M6 lashing eye of 6cm of length and an M6 nut, provides a fix point where to secure a load. It has been designed based on the bench topper that the VW T6 California Ocean has hidden in one of the floor rails. I have printed four of them, so I can fit two in each guide and use a rope or a webbing sling to secure the load. No need for tools to fit the plate in place. Simply remove the plastic cover at the front of the guide with your hand, place the plate in position, and tighten the lashing eye with your hand.
