Z Belt Tensioner for Two Trees Bluer
Description
You need two M3x12 screws and four M5x14 screws (or bit longer). Bearing uses from stock holders. I designed the mount for printing with PETG plastic. The gap between the two parts is very small - only 0.15mm Reduce the Body2 in the slicer a bit if it won't fit in "Body1" :) For the opposite side, simply mirror the part in the slicer ... The reason why I decided to change the tensioner is that the bearings in the stock tensioners "jumped" when moving the Z axis. It's very annoying to hear for me ;D ps. The plug in the holes just needs to be drilled or pushed through with a screw, but no support is needed in the slicer
