Snapmaker 2.0 Cooling Fan Holder
Description
Fan holder & duct for snapmaker 2.0 <b>original</b> 3D print head. <i>not tested on the upgraded 3D print head with cooling slits in front!</i> It clamps into the side slits and holds it tightly. Additionally I've added provisions for cable routing (see photos). I used a 5V version and connected it to a supply outside of the enclosure, so I can plug it in when the print reaches a phase it can use some additional cooling. The design prints without supports but does have some bridging, it shoudn't be an issue on a well calibrated printer. Alternatively use supports. Due to a print optimization you do have to cut two corners of the fan at 45 degree angle.
