Coffee WDT (Weis Distribution Tool) with paperclips
Description
I was curious whether the WD technique would work and found the current tools 'mildy' overpriced, hence I thought lets print one. Then I notice that the only available prints used 3D print cleaning needles as the needles which I didn't have lying around....but I had paperclips! So here the results. Its a 58mm size tool, you can't really resize it cause then the paperclip holes won't work anymore! The thing by the way works excellent! (to my surprise to be honest ;-) Print the parts as orientated, the 'bottom' part requires supports. I've tried different cuts and positions but those all failed! The threading of the bottom and top part is a bit tricky to print. the thin parts were warped when done and I need to cut and file that part. Overall it matters little, the rest of the threading is ample enough to make it solid. As for the paperclips, just bend these straight, there are 9 evenly distributed holes and you can create two needles with one paperclip (hence you'll need 5). You can measure the length, cut it, bend one part in 90 degrees so it fits into the 'bottom' part. And if required cut the other end if its still too long. When done, screw on the lid (top) part!
