A somewhat-bigger-than-average Petit Beurre cookie cutter. It cuts out cookies that are approximately 8cm long and 6.7cm wide. For best results: stamp first, cut second. The stamp has a hole in the back for the handle to be glued into. Pro tip: if you want the biscuit to retain detail, your dough has to be very cold. Pop your cookie tray into the fridge for at least 30 minutes, for the dough to chill and firm up. This way it won't spread too much during baking.
