Odroid HC4 mini tower for 2.5" drives
Description
This is a compact case for the Odroid HC4 board from Hardkernel, taking 2.5" drives. Overall dimensions 95x95x140mm It was designed to be printed with a 0.6mm nozzle, but 0.4 should work too. Print with supports - be careful removing the support around the ports, as the walls are thin and it's easy to crack them. Potentially you may want to omit support for the SD card slot, because it's pretty tough to get out. For cooling the lid is designed to hold the stock 40mm fan, but you will need to extend the wires. It pulls air in from the bottom and up the tower. It works very well for cooling a single disk and the SBC as shown in the photos. I'm not sure how well a second disk would be cooled, I haven't tried it. There should still be good airflow. The top and bottom were designed to be laser cut from 3mm plywood, but I've included STLs so they could be printed too. To get the board in, you need to bend the case slightly.
