Description
- Insert-able length is 173mm (6.8"), Shaft thickness at largest section 45mm (1.77"), it also has a suction cup - mold volume 230 mL ( 7.8 fluid oz) - Each has a mold and the actual pecker itself depending on how you are going to mold them. - mold has location for 4, 10mm dowels. - can be scaled, cut and glued together to any size you want - Use Platinum Cure Silicone, Shore Hardness 10 = firm, 5 = Medium (ish), 3 = soft. - Smooth-On is a good source: "Dragon Skin 10" for firm, "Ecoflex-00-50" for medium and "Ecoflex 00-30" for soft ___________________________________________________________________ - for a quick and dirty toy (will have flashing that needs to be cleaned up) you can use the 3d printed molds - sand and clear coat the mold halves with automotive clear coat, I use Duplicolor - seal the mold half's with a thick substance, like Vasoline, just don't use too much it squeezes into the mold cavity - wrap mold with a roll of vinyl electrical tape to keep them together - Print with thick walls ex: 4 layers or more with 8% infill ________________________________________________________________ - I recommend printing vertical if possible to get the resolution. - pour the silicone to just bellow the surface then right at the end of the pot life smush the top on using pins (ex skewers) in the alignment hole and a weight to keep it from moving - a good resource for silicone toy making: https://vimeo.com/candiru - Have Fun!!
