Friends, I want to present to your attention my development related to the desire to speed up and improve the operation of a single fire on the CYMA P90. I have been thinking about ways to improve the contact group for a long time. and when I started modeling the entire contact group, a brilliant idea came up that it was not necessary to change the entire group, but only a part of it needed to be changed. In order not to bother with expensive and complex electronic keys that need to be cleverly configured, you can leave the mechanical cut-off and put a microswitch, with many experiments I made a working group of 2 elements. 1 pusher that replaces the standard one with a metal contact. 2 microswitch installation location. I use 1A 125V as a microswitch and cut the metal petal a little so that it doesn’t touch anywhere. to fix the microswitch I use 2 screws M2x10 or M2x8. Easiest to assemble and install For installation on detail 2, you need to remove the support edges, since I added them in order to print without any supports. It is better to carefully process all the details with fine sandpaper to remove the layering of the print and reduce friction. Solder the microswitch to the old contacts. collect everything and it will work. IMPORTANT if the cutter does not work immediately, you need to press the trigger several times without the power connected and help the pusher slide off with a screwdriver, it will slightly smooth out the place where the pusher jumps off and everything will work, if it doesn’t help, try again. As a result, the length of the trigger stroke has decreased by 2 times, the cutter works stably. In the video I show the work of the already assembled P90. Друзья хочу представить вашеиу вниманию мою разработку связанную с желанием ускорить и улучшить срабатывание одиночного огня на CYMA P90 давно обдумывал способы улучшить контактню группу. и когда начал моделировать всю контактную группу пришла гениальная идея что не нужно менять всю группу а нуужно поменять только часть. Что бы не заморачиваться дорогими и сложными электронными ключами которые нужно заумно настраивать, можно оставить механическое отсечение и поставить микропереключатель, многими эксперементами я изготовил работающую группу из 2х элементов. 1 толкатель который заменяет станадартный с металлическим контактом. 2 место установки микропереключателя. в качестве микропереключателя использую 1A 125V и немного подрезаю металлический липесток что бы нигде не задевал. для фиксации микропереключателя использую 2 винта М2х10 или M2x8. Простейший в сборке и усановке Для установки на детали 2 нужно убрать рёбра поддержки так как я их доавил что бы печатать без каких либо поддержек. Все дитали лучше аккуратненько обработать мелкой шкуркой что бы убрать слоистость печати и уменьшить трение. Микропереключатель припаять к старым контактатм. собрать всё и оно будет работать. ВАЖНО в случае если отсекатель не срабатывает сразу, нужно несколько раз без подключенного питания, нажать на спуск и помочь соскользнуть толкателю с помошью отвёртки, он немного сгладит место где толкатель соскакивает и всё заработает, если не помогло попробуйте еще раз. Как результат, длина хода спускового крючка уменьшилась в 2 раза, отсекатель работает стабильно. В видео показываю работу уже собранного P90.
