DJI RC Mount Motorcycle Handlebar
Description
I've been looking for a motorcycle handlebar mount for DJI RC (the one with the screen that comes with DJI Mini 3 Pro) but all the models that I found needed the RC to be bolted to the mount, which I don't like. I wanted a mount where I can easily and quickly attach my RC to it and detach. I have a Husqvarna Norden 901 and Husqvarna TE300, so the bottom parts of the mount are designed to fit these bikes, although they might also be suitable for other bikes as well. So I came up with this vice inspired design. The main plate, the clip and bottom handlebar mounts are printed in Nylon CF for maximum strength. Upper handlebar mounts are printed in TPU for some flexibility, they work like a vibration damper, although it might not be necessary for the RC. The bolt is printed in PLA+ for the most accurate tolerance and rigidity. All the parts except for the top handlebar mounts can be printed without supports. The threads are modelled with 0.15 tolerance, rails in the plates with 0,4 tolerance. Holes are designed to be used with metal threaded inserts.
