Ubiquiti Unifi Access Point AC Lite Wallplate with Keystone
Description
Not perfect, but worked good enough so I used it. Can fit in a keystone jack for the hole, which is optional but thought it looked nice. Needs supports for the jack since it's square and needed tolerances to be right to fit it properly. If that doesn't matter to you, probably don't need supports depending on your printer.
