Ender 3 100mm Hose PSU Fan Duct Adapter for Enclosure
Description
I made this so that I could build an enclosure around an ender 3 and supply the PSU fan a feed of fresh air using some 100mm ducting I had laying around. The Funnel part uses the factory screws that are on the PSU. You just have to slightly undo the top right one, and slide the funnel on, then use the other screw to secure it in place. Its a bit tricky to get the top right screw to stick out just enough to let it slide on, but not too loose otherwise it wont be tight. Print the funnel upside down (small end of funnel downwards). Use a small layer height, 0.2mm or less. You need the definition for the mounting screws and to account for the steep angle of the funnel The other adapter it just a flange with 4 screw holes for mounting. Print as you wish 100mm is the most common size of hose ducting available at most DIY stores. I designed it to be very conservative with filament, so they are quite thin.
