Ozito LML-036 36V key - reinforced
Description
A remix of the key made by djsan2411. His original key works and fits perfectly and I highly recommend using his design. Prior to using the key I printed from his file for the first time I noticed (as I had printed it in PETG) that the lever arm was seemingly too flexible to work with PETG. I also noticed some area's which make it harder to print and potential failure points. As a result I asked djsan2411 for his fusion part file and he very generously uploaded it. I put some chamfers of edges under stress to make them stronger. I thickened the lever arm to make it stiffer and I rounded the bottom corners to prevent potential lifting when printing. so before I had even used his design which I printed I remixed and printed my own and tried both at the same time, and they both worked flawlessly. Both his version and my remix worked exceptionally well when put to the test. I advise that unless you're not confident in your printer, to download his part file instead of mine. It works just as well and he is the one who put in all the works to design a working part and deserves your downloads and makes.
