Swivel Chair Mechanism With Swivel Lock spring holder replacement
Description
Once my chair swivel lever start fill loose, and chair angle left fixed in last position, buy new mechanism is expensive so i decide disassemble and find problem. For swivel lever mechanism is critical part is plastic spring holder, it help make lever "soft fill" and not block mechanism when chair is loaded, in my case plastic lip was broken so i make 3D model of replacement part, i use PETG plastic, around month it work perfect as new. To replace this part you need partly disassemble mechanism, including main swivel point on front to free up swivel-block
