Voron v0.1 hat spacer 35 mm
Description
As I upgraded my Voron v0.1 with a Dragon Burner print head and an Orbiter v2 feeder the bowden now always "grinds" at the top of the hat and becomes quite bent at some print head locations. This affects the input shaper and print quality as well. To not redesign the whole hat or spend money for the new v0.2 hat I designed a spacer that puts the original hat 35 mm above its original position. This only requires four printed corner pieces (two times each attached corner piece), four 230 * 35 mm acrylic panels (2 or better 3 mm width - just about 8 €) and some M3 screws (M3x8 should work for 3mm acrylic panels). The spacer can be mounted to the v0.1 hat with the original screws at the hat mounting tongues/latches and is then just put onto the printer for easy removal.
