Hemera Part Cooling Duct & Mount, M3, airflow restricted
Description
Remixed the excellent design duct from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4042492 Remixed the bigger M3 inserts plate from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4566381/files modified to use M3 screws Designed to block heatsink fan airflow to right/down, and direct it upwards. Changes, Fixes and Improvements: - Plate uses M3 screws and nuts/nylocks - Plate has an extra screw hole on the top left on Hemera, to avoid escape of whole assembly to the right, or to avoid extra tightening force required to prevent escaping - Fan duct has an extra portion which closes the gap to below, a slope to direct extruder fan airflow upward, and the bottom part of this portion can be used to custom fix a led pcb later Works fine with both orientations of the heatblock, and both left/right wires exit side. Compared it with other tested ducts, and it is not closer to heatblock. For some reason, on the water test of my setup, the vortex center is a bit to the right of the nozzle, as seen in photos.
