Duet3 mini5+ wifi cable chain case for Bear Upgrade
Description
This is a case with cable chains for the Duet 3 Mini 5+ wifi board that is designed to fit onto the Prusa i3 Bear upgrade (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2808408) frame. The original cable chains can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2862375. You will need all the cable chain links from there. Note that Duet3Mini_Bear2.0_MK2.5s-Box-Chains.stl is designed specifically to fit the V2.0 frame of the Full Bear Upgrade - i.e. that is with the 311mm Y-extrusions (see https://guides.bear-lab.com/Wiki/Bear_FAQ#Section_Which_Full_Bear_frame_do_I_have). If you have the longer V2.1 frame (331mm), print the Duet3Mini_Bear2.1_MK2.5s-Box-Chains.stl instead. BOM 4x M3 hex nuts 4x M3 10mm bolts 5x M3 square nuts 2x M3 10mm bolts 3x M3 18mm bolts 3x M5 8-10mm bolts 3x M5 t-nuts I've also included a Raspberry Pi swing case that incorporates space for a 40x40mm case cooling fan if you run your Duet in SBC mode. There is a cutaway in the cover to pass the ribbon cable through. If you plan on printing the raspberry pi case, print the Duet3Mini_Bear_MK2.5s_Cover_RaspberryPi.stl instead. You will also need the Pi_Hinge_revA_ORIENTED.stl and Pi_Hinge2_revA_ORIENTED.stl from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2862375. Unfortunately, the fan covers up the SD card slot on the pi, so you have to remove the fan to remove the SD card.
