TBS Source One v3 Front Bumper HM ELRS24
Description
I designed this front bumper antenna mount for the TBS Sourceone v3 7" quad. It has a horizontal mount that fits a standard Happymodel ELRS 2.4 dipole antenna. Due to the design of the HM antenna, making a solid and reliable mount that does not cover the feed point or active elements with a lot of plastic is not possible. So I designed this one so fishing line or other light string is used secure the feed point to the mount. Print the stl as oriented, with supports using TPU. I also recommend using your slicer to apply support blockers to the small rectangular hole only. To install, remove the front standoffs and camera side plates, slide it over the front of the bottom plate, and reinstall the standoffs and camera plates. Finally, use some braided fishing line or similar strong/non-metallic string to wrap through the hole and around the antenna and side barbs to lash the feed point in place (see the uploaded photo for details). The lashing doesn't have to be perfect or super tight, but it is a good idea to use a few separate strings for redundancy. It will not easily pop off during hard crashes when done correctly.
