It Has Several Holes Of Different Sizes With Which The User Can "Test-Fit" A Roll Of Paper To Determine If They Have Reached The Right Size Or Not. Most Of The Artwork Our Low-Vision Quilling Group Is Doing Will Be Done On 7.5" Matted Frames. This Quilling Guide Rests Between The Edges Of The Mat, And Provides A Definite "Center" Mark, As Well As 1" And 0.5" Inch Graduations Away From The Center. This Can Help Users "See" Where They Are In Space On Their Project.
