Dillon XL 650 IR Ammo Counter
Description
This is an optical ammo counter that uses an IR Beam Sensor to count your rounds. For ease of printing, the counter is broken into 3 parts. 1) Sensor Mount 2) Electronics Box 3) Lid Wiring instructions: - Connect the power leads to the In terminals on the buck convertor - Red leads from the sensors go to Out + on the buck convertor - Black leads from the sensors go to Out - on the buck convertor - You will need an extra black lead from either the Out - or In - terminal for to complete the circuit for the counter - The white lead and the extra black lead will go to the counter terminals on the digital counter. If the digital counter display shows OK after you hook up the white and black leads, then you have the wires reversed and the counter will not count) Please note that the digial counter and IR Beam Sensor can not share the same power supply. Since the sensors work by completing the ground loop, the digital counter will not recognize that the loop has closed.
