Hinged cap for the holes in Rugged Liner brand truck bed liner (specific fitting for Ram 1500). Close to prevent ingress of sand/dirt/mulch etc. Open to allow use of tie-downs. Hinge size designed to be used with a 6D finish nail. Painting recommended depending on material for UV resistance.
