DJI MINI 2 (SE) ammo box insert (flex TPU print)
Description
This is an insert to fit the DJI MINI 2 or Mini 2 SE into a standard US .30 cal. ammo box (M19A1) With this build the drone can be safely transported even when the ammo box is roughly handled. The waterproof ammo box is perfect when being outdoors and facing harsh weather conditions The insert provide space for the following items: 1x DJI Mini 2 (SE) drone 1x DJI RC-N1 remote controller 2x DJI adapter cable 1x USB charger & cable 1x silica gel bag 1x DJI screw driver 1x spare propellers & parts 1x SD card reader 8x SD cards The insert was separated into smaller sections to fit onto the Kingroon KP3S printer I printed the part with 10% infill and 2 walls to get a good flexibility with shore 95 A TPU filaments Pull straps (e.g. Para cord) can be used to get a nice grip on the drone and remote controller. I use this setup for reconnaissance & saving of fawns before the farmers mow the meadows. It can also be useful for hunting.
