Bezgar HM123 Steering Arm
Description
I found a Bezgar HM123 4X4 Truck for $12 it was in relatively great condition except for part of the steering arm unit was broken. I bought it on the long shot that I could either get the part from the vendor for cheap or recreate it myself and print it. It took me 3 versions to get what so far has been holding up and working great. It is designed much beefier than the original version! I have now even upgraded it from a brushed 550 motor to a brushless system with a much higher torque steering servo (slightly modified version of this same part)! You will likely have to enlarge the hole for the metal post it slides on to depending on your printer, but not too difficult to do with either a small round file or drill. I printed it in PLA+ but likely better if one uses PETG or ABS
