Demibot HDZero Full Build
Description
This is the complete dump of stuff for a full HDZero Demibot build. I printed everything on a 0.4mm nozzle with .16mm layer height. I size walls at 0.8 for a 0.4 nozzle, though if you have a civilized slicer it doesn't really matter. It's all pretty straightforward. All parts are made to be TPU except the skids, which are meant for a solid plastic. I used polylite PLA because it's really stiff and doesn't compress too badly for screw on type skids. If you want you can drill out two of the holes on the skids and mount it with two screws on carbon and two on plastic. The little plugs are optional to keep mud out and still allows you to access the screw to change a bell. Camera mount is set up with 25 degree stops which it maxes out at, or there is an alternate version included with no stops if you want full adjustment. Made for the hdzero 19mm micro 720p. But any 19mm cam with a distance of about 15mm from the hole center to lens may work with this mount. The wire protectors are not pictured, I used racewire which are awesome and you should use them. If not, they are included in the files. Print them standing on end for best results. On the HDZero standoffs, they recommend keeping the sma connector 5mm from carbon in the manual, I scaled mine to 5.5 and mounted with M3x16mm screws. But you can use zip ties or whatever. TPU works really nicely and has a lock washer like effect when used as a standoff. Good luck if you build one cause its a really tight fit. Make a smaller 1w VTX Carl.
