Quanta Pro Light Hanging Assembly (1515 Series)
Description
Made for hanging quanta pro's (any length) from 1515 series (1.5") aluminum extrusions. This was made as an assembly to optimize the strength of each part for the direction of force in the application. Easy to adjust, easy to print. You can modify the length of the vertical bar to suite your needs. Everyone's setup is different so there's really no universal length I can upload that works for everyone. I used two assemblies to hang a 6' light bar, it's been holding up for over a year now with no issues. I recommend printing in PETG. Hit me up if you need a specific length. Note: There is a rubber gasket for sealing the end caps that will likely interfere with the fit. I did not want to give up material strength by increasing clearance. I simply used a razor blade to cut off any excess rubber that got squeezed out in the assembly process. This in no way will compromise the IPV6 rating of the light.
