This bushing slides on to axles of Makita X2 lawnmower in order to install standard tires / Wheels with 5/8" arbor, These are 8" tires so I had to drop the lawnmower to the lowest height and thats where it stays, so buy appropiate size, Rear adjustable wheel has a screw that presses into the wheel , adding that spacer brings the wheel out just enough to clear the screw, also front wheel same issue, the metal bends easy enough, you can fix that way, I cut the screw drill new hole and place countersunk screw and nut for the front tire. not enough axle length to use spacer. you have to cut away the plastic around the wheels to form a wheel well , oscillating tool is the best for this. So if you don't mind butchering the plastic body and go down to the local harbor frieght you can score these orange head turners, 7$ a piece. So much easier to push mulches great, the soft tires are less likely to damage the sprinkler heads if you hit one. I am really happy with.
