Helping Hand Base for Flexible Arms
Description
This is a base for some flexible alligator clip arms I found on Amazon. They are magnetic, and you can buy a large metal plate base to attach them to, but that takes up a lot of workbench space, so I decided to make this thing instead. You just have to slot the bases of the arms into the back of this stand. It is a pretty tight fit (intentionally) so it might take some or a lot of force. The base is fairly stable without a weight, but there's space in the front where you could attach something. I put my 1 inch tungsten cube on it for extra stability. I printed this with the arches upright with their bases on the print bed. My printer did fine with no supports but you might want to enable them. The arms I used are these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BYZHPCTP/
