VW T5 Radio Sun Visor Sonnenblende V7 ABS+
Description
This replaces https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4505028/files / remixed and redesigned I always had the problem that intensive sun melted / bended the old versions from PLA or PETG, so I tried to use eSUN ABS+ in black. Printing in one piece resulted always in bows and warping, therefore I made a 2 part design, which is easier to print and hopefully withstands the next hot days. Advantage: If you hit it from below accidently it folds up and falls down in desired position itself. The grid inside looks useless, but it should reduce warping / bending. It's now 244 mm instead of 250 mm wide, the glue tape feet are 10 mm instead of 8 mmm wide. I printed the parts on an upgraded Sidewinder X1 from eSUN ABS+ on structured PEI bed, fresh cleaned with soap water, temperature 225 °C, bed temperature 82 °C, speed 20 mm/d for 1st layer, other layers 100 mm/s, layer heigt 0.3 / 0.2, 3 perimeter, 5 mm skirt (may be useless), 20% infill, brim 5 mm (may be it is sensles), no cooling, no support, to avoid warping. Ensure that there is at least one or more infill layers inside onnenblendeV7_ABS+_Lid.stl
