Basically It’S Just A Cup And Handle For A Giant Slingshot. It’S My Dog’S Absolute Favorite Toy. Whenever She Wants To Play She Takes Her Ball And Sits Underneath It Until I Get The Hint. You’Ll Need Elastic And Rope To Put It Together, And A Couple Of Trees Or Posts To Wrap The Ropes Around. Anything Heavier Will Take More Strength To Pull Back, But Should Launch It A Lot Farther. Thread The Elastic Through The Holes In The Cup, Then Tie Each End To A Piece Of Rope. (I Use Zip Ties To Make Sure The Elastic Doesn’T Slip Free.) Then Wrap The Rope Around Whatever Comes To Hand. You’Ll Need Another Smaller Rope To Attach The Handle.
