1/2 in PVC fitting, 4 way edge
Description
This is a 4 way PVC pipe fitting for 1/2" PVC sched 40 pipe. This was created primarily for the purposes of building kids' forts. I suppose 'furniture' would also be an application. It's designed to be compatible in height with store-bought 3-way Tee fittings, which are 64mm in total length, and have an insertable length of ~19mm on each end. Because this is purely to join pieces of PVC, the center of the model is filled with a solid block. Last note: print this vertically, as the horizontal and vertical pipe dimensions are slightly different to play nice with my ender 3 v2. The vertically-aligned pipes have a diameter of 21.5mm, while the vertically aligned pipes have a diameter of 21.6mm. this created a nice friction fit for me on all sides after printing. also, use a -0.2mm elephant foot compensation in cura.
