Over-Engineered "Unbreakable" Arrma Typhon 6s Wing Mount
Description
Print the TPU part in any TPU of your choosing, I personally have used Overture TPU and Overture High Speed TPU and both worked great. I used Taulman 645 Nylon for the solid parts originally and I had the right side break. I re-printed it in Polymaker PA6-CF and kept the left in the nylon. Both have been so strong that the soft TPU was ripping, the thickness was originally 2.5 mm so I upped it to 4. I did not drill out the holes, I used an electric screwdriver to drive them in with a washer on the head side and a nut on the other. Ideally use locknuts, and don't overtighten the screws to minimize squashing. But yeah you should have a nearly indestructible wing mount
