Vertex k8400, Axle-Cap
Description
Vertex k8400 have some caps to keep axles rods in place, the initial caps will wear and unpleasant noise will be heard, also precision will suffer. This would be a simplier version of these caps which use bicycle hub wheel balls, D=6.35mm (1/4) steel balls. It is not necessary to use the screw tensioning (M3X16) for all rod ends, just alternate with the simple version cap. Use solid lube to keep the balls in during setup.
