Breakable Trophy
Description
This is my submission to Creality Cloud's Trophy Design Contest. I went with a standard trophy look with some artisan flare to it as well as a special twist. The trim has a spiral pattern to it and the handles are made to resemble that of a truly ornate trophy. For the special twist, I made my trophy breakable! And by that, I mean it is magnetic, able to be exploded-a-part, fidgeted with, and put back together in a variety of ways. The magnets are embedded within the print to make the design look all the better. Use this trophy to add extra flare to your next argument, throwing it on the floor in a tantrum! Or just use it as a fun fidget desk trophy. Either way, enjoy the uniqueness of this trophy and its special feature! For printing this, I printed all the parts separately and inserted pause codes after the magnet holes. The trophy cup was the only print that required support. Be careful with adding the support though, make sure it doesn't fill the magnet holes. Once each print would get to the pause layer, I added a drop of super glue to the bottom of a hole and then a magnet. Be careful when placing a magnet in, make sure it is going in the correct direction so it connects well with the layer below/above it and won't interfere with its neighbors. The poles matter!
