Kinematic Bed Mount Set Wave Springs Mounts
Description
I got soooo tired of trying to level my printer bed(s) only to have it too high in the middle and level around the edges. Adding aluminum plate, glass and the magnetic steel never helped. I have seen delta printers held on with round magnets so I thought that may be a better way to allow the bed to "float" without the stress of the bed screws warping the plate. This version uses a unique spring type that will give you back some Z if that is a concern. See www.smalley.com for ordering information. You will need different size hardware depending on your printer. At this point the bed can be attached magnetically to the bed mount. Hopefully the pictures will make it easy to understand assembly.
