Voxelab Aquila - NILR (Non Invasive Linear Rail) Y-axis
Description
Convert the Y-axis of your Voxelab Aquila into Linear Rail. Non Invasive so you can go back to wheels at any given time. It was inspired by: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4553090 which I use on my Artillery Sidewinder X2 and I'm satisfied of it **/!\ Made quickly enough on Tinkercad, so while it work, it really, really need some improvement and testing /!\** Obviously, printing with ABS (and support), for at least everything under the bed and also for the part close to the motor as the default motor of the Aquila get really, really hot. The screw hole of the plate should be tight enough that you can use the default screw Requirements: * 2x linear guides MGN12H with carriage (333mm each) * 8x M3 8mm (carriage mount). * 26x T Nut + 26x M3 screw (linear rail on the profile). * The rest use the original screw. Installation: * Dismount the bed and both end of the Y-axis. * Put the two linear rail in place, do **NOT** tight them right away as you want them to be parallel. * Fix the carriage and the plate and slowly move the assembly bit by bit, tightening little by little the linear rail to the profile, do a bunch of back and forth as you tight them more and more. * Once done, you can fix the rest again. Do note that the part where the end-stop button is isn't done well but it will work. Feel free to improve it.
