Saab 9-5 Air Distribution Arm
Description
Another replacement arm for one of the least reliable car air distribution systems on the planet. I believe this is the only arm that hasn't yet been designed for printing so I figured I'd be the one to do it. It's amazing that twenty years later we're designing and printing parts that function better than the multi billion dollar companies who came before. I'm personally using PETG for now, though I'd recommend ABS. Depending on how long the replacement lasts I may further reinforce this design. This arm goes in the passenger side and controls the air distribution between the floor, chest level, and defroster vents.
