Hotswap 5 inch Freestyle Drone
Description
DJI O3 looks amazing but its very expensive and I did not want to buy more than 1. I created a hotswap system so you can easily switch between drones. I have also attached a picture of where the m3 press nuts go. You will also need the following standoffs: 6x 22mm standoffs 4x 20mm standoffs 8x M3 press nuts 16x M3x10mm button head hex screws (for standoffs) 6x M3x12mm button head hex screws (for bottom plates and arms) 6x M3x28mm button head hex screws (for stack screws) 20x M3x8mm button head hex screws (for motors) (There might be extra) The O3 can be mounted on some sticky battery pads but I use the 3d printed spacer in the file. It uses Lumenier DJI O3 Mounting Screws to secure it to the frame and to the camera mount. I also use m3 quadmula profile spacers to mount the camera to the frame. I have released this as a step file so that you can modify this to improve it. I would love if someone made the O3 mount lighter. Also it would be great to see what designs others come up with that use this mounting sysytem! This uses the exact same arms as the Source One v5 so you can just use the 6 or 7 inch arms meant for that. I got mine cut at cncmadness, and they ship everywhere.
