Triangle Labs Runout Mount for Voron 2.4
Description
This is a mount for a Voron 2.4 for the Triangle Labs Runout sensor. There are three files, the mount itself, a corner clip with wire access and a modified corner mount for magnetic panels. Wiring is run through the sensor mount, through the corner mount (if using magnetic panels) and under the the corner clip to the inside of the print chamber. Once inside the chamber, run the wires down the middle of the aluminum extrusion to the MCU. To hold the wiring in place down the center of the extrusion I use a foam sheet cut into 8mm strips (Foamies 11.81 Inch x17.7 Inch 3mm Black Foam Sheet, $7.45, at Amazon.com). Place the wire in the extrusion and force fit the foam over the top and the wires will stay in place and the foam is invisible against the black extrusion. You will need two 3mm threaded inserts and the Triangle Labs sensor (TriangleLab Filament Runout Sensor Detector for 3D Printer 1.75mm Filament, $15.95, Amazon.com). Klipper macros for filament change or M600 can be found on the net for your system.
