Cute Turtle

Cute Turtle

Description

Artwork for the design was used from [here](https://grabcad.com/library/little-turtle-1) I modified this design with the following changes: - Split into parts to be printed in differing colours. - Added ball joints for the flippers to be articulated - Separated the eye to make them movable - Split the bodies up and added fasteners for assembly You will need the following printed parts: - 1 x Head Left (also the main body) - 1 x Head right (also the main body) - 1 x Flipper Front Left - 1 x Flipper Front Right - 1 x Flipper Rear Left - 1 x Flipper Rear Right - 4 x Flipper Ball - 4 x Ball Spacer - 2 x Eyeball Sclera - 2 x Eyeball Iris - 2 x Eyeball Pupil - 1 x Eye-Spacer - 1 x Shell Upper - 1 x Shell Lower Left - 1 x Shell Lower right The ball spacer and Eye spacer parts are not visible when assembled so choose any colour for these. You will need a M2.5 Thread tap and 2.5 Fasteners for the assembly. The Flippers are delicate to tap so be careful. All tap hole are slightly too small so that they can be drilled near first. Fasteners needed **Eyeballs**: 2 x M2.5x10mm **Flippers**: 4 x M2.5x6mm Cap Head. These must be cap head to fit into ball joints **Shell** : 4 x M2.5x10mm (M3 also okay for shell if preferred) **Body**: 5 x M2.5x12MM and 5 x M2.5 Nyloc nut The assembly of the components should be obvious from the diagrams. The shell does not attach to the body it's simply fastener around it instead. For the Eyeballs I assembled them and then sanded down so they roll inside the head nicely. If you want to avoid sanding print he eye parts at 99% scale.
