Foldable tripod lamp using 16mm PVC pipe fittings

Description

I needed a low-intensity lamp for my nightly programming sessions. The structure is based on ⌀16mm PVC pipes you should be able to buy at your local hardware store, combined with custom designed 3D printed fittings. I wanted to keep it simple, so this lamp doesn't even have an on/off switch. Even if you don't build this lamp entirely, I think the use of pipes and fittings can be useful to your projects as well. I would love to see what you guys make out of it. # Non-printable Bill of Materials (BOM) ## For the tripod: - 3x M4-15 bolts (as axis) - 6x M4 nuts ## For each of the 5 knobs: - 1x M4-15 bolt ## For the adjustable slider: - 2x M4 bolt (one fastening the axis, the other one is introduced inside the slider) ## For the spotlight head: - 8x M2.3 self-perforating screws (4 holding the PCB, 4 fastening the enclosure) - 3x white LED 5mm - Vero-board (PCB with 0.1" (2.54mm) hole matrix) - 1x 5.5mm DC "barrel" panel socket (female) - 1x 5.5mm DC "barrel" jack (male) - 5V power supply # Assembly instructions For each knob: introduce the nut into the knob, then fasten it by screwing in its threaded lid.
