Kingroon KP3S Pro BIQU H2 V2S Revo Mount
Description
This is a remix of MoJee3D's BIQU H2 Revo mount for the KP3S Pro on Thangs: https://tinyurl.com/thangs3d MoJee3D's design itself is a remix of krupnfs' excellent BIQU H2 mount for the KP3S (see remix). The BIQU H2 Revo nozzle sits a few mm lower than the regular H2 V2S so I'm unsure if this system will work with the regular H2 V2S as there may be some clearance issues between the x-axis and the heated bed. Changes made: -Reversed the mounting bolt configuration to facilitate attaching the mount to the x-carriage. -Simplified cable management system. -Modified BIQU H2 mounting solution to be compatible with the MAD duct system by Predy (https://www.printables.com/model/146957-mad-modular-air-duct-for-biqu-h2-h2-v2s-revo-h2-v2). -Added a fan mounting system to increase rigidity and reduce flexion on y-axis. BOM: -5x M5x8mm bolts -2x M5x22mm bolts Mounting instructions: 1-Remove original hotend/extruder system by unmounting it entirely from the x-carriage. 2-Remount x-carriage to linear rail using top-right and bottom-left mounting holes. 3-Attach BIQU H2 to printed mount using 3x M5x8mm and 2x M5x22mm bolts. 4-Mount BIQU H2 adapter to x-carriage using remaining 2x M5x8mm bolts. The x and y extruder offsets should be the same as the native hotend but z-offset needs to be recalibrated.
