Radiomaster Ranger Nano Case

Radiomaster Ranger Nano Case

Description

My friend had one of the Radiomaster Ranger Nano's with the XT30 issue. He got a replacement from radiomaster and didnt have any use for the original one without a case or extra fan for it so he gave it to me :) I printed the main body of the case in PETG because i didnt know how hot the module might get. Its possible you could use PLA, someone will have to test and find out. The JR Module connector body I printed with a resin printer as i had trouble with the body breaking where it latches on to the controller due to how thin they have to be. The JR Module body is superglued to the Case Back and holds strong. I used E6000 to hold the JR bay connector pins in and the fan. I was being lazy and didn't feel like buying the proper connector for the fan so I just broke the connector off and directly soldered to the board. Extra Parts Needed: -4 x M2x12mm screws to hold the Front and Back Bodies together -2 x M2x8mm screws which replace the screws that mount the heatsink to the board, These screws are used to hold the board to the Case. -2.54mm Female Break Away Single Row Round Headers Machine Pin, which i bought on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0187LHLDC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 -1 x 5V 25mm Fan: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08MKL9L5S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1
