MISC CONNECTIONS: • Square Hoods - This was designed to help you collect a large field of dust and currently available in 2.5" and 4" port sizes. Port size is the outer diameter with a .125" wall and is 1.5" long. The bases are square and 1.0625" wide. Bevel is .5" high. 2.5" hood: . Base is 4.5" sq 4" hood: Base is 6" sq • Rectangle Hoods - This was designed to help you collect a large field of dust and currently available in 2.5" and 4" port sizes. Port size is the outer diameter with a .125" wall and is 1.5" long. The bases are .25" deep to slip into a precut hole with a .125" stop plate. Bevel is 1.5" high. 2.5" hood: . Base is 7" X 3.25" 4" hood: Base is 8.5" X 4.75" • 2'' to 1.25'' VAC Hose End Ramp Fitting - This was designed to go into the end of a shop vac hose that I was using in the reverse direction for better air flow. It has a .1875" thickness at the top and tapers in to the ID and is 1.16" long. OD = 2.1" ID = 1.215" • 4'' Fitting Inner Ramp - This was designed to fit inside of a 4" fitting for better air flow. It has a .018125" thickness at the top and tapers in to the ID and is 1.5" long. OD = 3.65625" ID = 3.5" • 4'' Flanges - This is a set of two flanges that were designed to attach to opposite sides of a 4" hole or connecting two 4" hoses together. One is tapered for better air flow and the other in non tapered. The tapered one has a .018125" thickness at the top and tapers in to the ID. Both are 1.5" long. The bases are .5" wide with six .165" diameter holes. There's 2 versions, either with or without the inserts for nuts. OD = 4" ID = 3.5" • 4'' Stove Pipe Sleeve - This was designed to attach to the end of a 4" stove pipe for a Thien Baffle setup. The stove pipe end is .4" long with a notch to fit around where the pipe fits together. The other end is 1.5" long with a .125" stop ring in between. There are two versions, with or without the center supports. OD = 4" ID = 3.69" • 4'' Stove Pipe Screen - This was designed to attach to the end of a 4" stove pipe for a Thien Baffle setup.
